To help our garments last as long as possible and retain their original appearance, it is important to wash them correctly. We recommend washing a new 100% cotton item in cold water for the first time after soaking it for 10–20 minutes. For subsequent washes, the water temperature must not exceed 30°C.

First hand-wash recommendations:

1. Laundry soap is preferable.
2. Use detergents designed for natural fabrics.
3. Soak for 10–20 minutes before hand washing. Use cold water for soaking and no warmer than 30°C for washing.
4. Do not wring the garment hard, as this may damage the fibers.

Rinse thoroughly until all soap is removed.

Wool garments and dyed items must be washed by hand in cold water only.

We dispatch orders within 2 business days after they are placed, excluding the order date, via CDEK courier service or Russian Post. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are non-working days; orders are not processed or dispatched. Please take weekends and public holidays into account when estimating the delivery times shown at checkout.

To calculate the shipping cost and estimated delivery time, add any item to your cart and enter your city. The cost and delivery estimate will be calculated automatically.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you do not receive it, first check your spam folder and the original order email. If it is not there, contact dazerawrecords@gmail.com and include your order number. For questions about an already dispatched shipment, please contact CDEK or Russian Post directly using the tracking number.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The item must be unused and all labels, tags and original packaging must be intact.
